After winning two Oscars last year with ‘The Darkest Hour’, Joe Wright already has a new and interesting project. This is ‘The Woman in the Window’, a thriller for Fox 2000 that will adapt A.J. Finn of the same title. The film will star Amy Adams, who has just released de Open Wounds ’on HBO, and it seems that the actress will have very good company.
Adams will play the lead role of the film, and THR reports today that Julianne Moore is in negotiations to join the actress. The actress of 'The Arrival' and 'Night Animals' plays a child psychologist who suffers from severe agoraphobia, as well as an inclination to mix alcohol with her medication, a problem similar to that of her character in the series that has just premiered.
She has not left her house in months and believes she has witnessed a horrible crime involving a new neighboring family, but no one, including the police, will believe her.
Few more details are known about the tape, but Moore is supposed to play the mother of a mysterious child who crosses the street. Tracy Letts wrote the script, just as Scott Rudin and Eli Bush take care of the production. Want to see her?.
